Welcome Our Newest Provider, Dr. Holden!



We are excited to announce that Dr. Candice P. Holden has joined Arthritis & Sports!

Dr. Candice P. Holden has joined Arthritis & Sports Orthopaedics, and looks forward to serving patients in both our Sterling and South Riding practice locations. Dr. Holden is the latest specialist to join our team of board-certified orthopaedic and podiatric physicians, and is committed to providing the same level of care our team is known for. She truly exemplifies our practice’s motto: Patients First.


Dr. Holden has over twenty years of experience specializing in the non-operative and surgical treatment of pediatric patients with orthopaedic disorders and injuries. Throughout her training, Dr. Holden has learned to utilize a multi-disciplinary approach spanning a range of clinical practices to help her diagnose, treat, and care for her young patients. She treats a variety of conditions, from broken bones and sports injuries to complex cases.


Dr. Holden's main areas of clinical expertise include:
