WHY CHOOSE HAPPY BUDDHA HEMP

1

IT ALL STARTS WITH GOOD SOIL

The vast majority of US hemp is being grown on land that has been using pesticides for many years. Having 50-year pesticide-free soil is the first step to Happy Buddha Hemp’s quality product guarantee.

2

BETTER INGREDIENTS, BETTER PRODUCTS

Happy Buddha Hemp’s quality does not stop at growing their hemp. All of their secondary ingredients are sourced from like-minded companies. No parabens, no harsh chemicals, no sulfates. Period.

3

THE SPAGYRIC DIFFERENCE

Working closely with a team of biochemists, Happy Buddha Hemp has revitalized the lost art of Spagyric Extractions. Spagyric, simply put, is the most potent CBD available.

4

EXPERIENCE MATTERS

Most CBD companies have been in business for less than a year and have no previous experience working with cannabis. The founders of Happy Buddha Hemp have over 20+ years of combined expertise in the cannabis and wellness space, leading the way and setting the bar for the Hemp CBD industry.

5

SEED TO SALE 3rd PARTY TESTED

Happy Buddha Hemp’s independent 3rd party labs test their seeds, biomass, raw extraction and every batch for pesticides, heavy metals, genetics, terpenes, and cannabinoid potency. Happy Buddha Hemp isn’t shy about how awesome they are – every test is published live on their site at all times.

6

TRANSPARENT AND LEADING BY EXAMPLE

Amazon sellers are fooling hundreds of thousands into thinking they are buying CBD by putting “full-spectrum” on their labels but then spiking their products with isolate. Happy Buddha Hemp promises to not only never engage in such practices but also call out others in the industry that do.

While CBD from marijuana is only legal in Medical or Recreational states, the hemp-derived CBD oil found in Happy Buddha Hemp is legal in all 50 states.

FEEL BETTER THE NATURAL WAY

From Nature to Nurture — Happy Buddha Hemp contain all of the CBD molecules, giving you a naturally complete CBD profile for quick results that last. While CBD from marijuana is only legal in Medical or Recreational states, the CBD found in Happy Buddha Hemp is legal in all 50 states.

You have questions? We have answers!

What is CBD?

CBD, short for cannabidiol, is a naturally occurring cannabinoid derived from marijuana or industrial hemp. It was discovered in 1940 and initially thought not to be medically active. CBD is one of more than 80 active cannabinoid chemicals in the marijuana plant. Unlike the main psychoactive cannabinoid in marijuana, tetrahydrocannabinol (THC), CBD derived from industrial hemp does not produce euphoria or intoxication.

Is it legal to buy CBD products?

Since the passing of the 2018 Farm Bill, hemp-derived CBD is fully legal in all 50 states regardless of the state’s laws on medical and recreational marijuana. By comparison, medical marijuana is legal in 33 states.

I thought that you can’t trust CBD products because you never know what’s actually in them.

It is true that CBD purchased online is often mislabeled or can be contaminated. As dietary supplements, CBD products are not regulated like drugs or medications. Patients should choose reputable stores with high-quality, hemp-derived products to avoid potential cross-contamination with THC from marijuana-derived products. All Happy Buddha Hemp CBD products are 100% organic. Happy Buddha Hemp's independent 3rd party labs test their seeds, biomass, raw extraction and every batch for pesticides, heavy metals, genetics, terpenes, and cannabinoid potency. They aren’t shy about how awesome they are – every test is published live on their site at all times.

What can CBD be used for?

Studies show that a significant portion of the population is already adopting CBD into their health regimen and lifestyle. Our providers, like many other practitioners of medicine, recognize the importance of identifying alternative treatment strategies other than narcotic pain medications. CBD has been purported to treat a wide array of conditions, including but not limited to:

  • Back and neck pain
  • Arthritic pain
  • Inflammation
  • Limb pain
  • Neuropathic pain
  • Fibromyalgia
  • Anxiety
  • Depression
  • Migraines

I heard that CBD is a gateway drug to opioids.

CBD from hemp is not psychoactive like THC. The World Health Organization recently put out a report on CBD, stating that, “to date, there is no evidence of any public health related problems associated with the use of pure CBD, and there is no potential for abuse.”

What does CBD do?

Cannabinoids are chemical compounds that occur naturally in the human body and hemp plants. CBD actively interacts with cannabinoid receptors located throughout the human body. The receptors are part of the endocannabinoid system, which is involved in regulating a variety of processes in your body including: appetite, pain sensation, mood, and memory. When CBD binds to a receptor, it triggers various physiological actions that help to regulate your immune, nervous, and gastrointestinal systems.

How is CBD different from marijuana?

Unlike cannabis and medical marijuana, CBD is nonpsychotropic, is nonpsychoactive, and does not produce a “high.” While it can be found in the buds and flowers of marijuana plants, hemp-derived CBD is extracted from the stalks and stems of hemp plants. It does not increase appetite or produce withdrawal symptoms, and it is not addictive.
