PM&R Physician

We are seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Physiatrist to join our established, multidisciplinary orthopedic practice in Sterling, Virginia. This is a full-time, outpatient-focused opportunity with a strong emphasis on musculoskeletal care and interventional pain management.


About the Opportunity
Join a collaborative team of orthopedic specialists, therapists, and support staff in a well-equipped clinical environment. This role offers the ability to build a high-quality, procedure-focused practice with access to an in-house procedure suite, including fluoroscopy (C-arm).


Clinical Focus

  • Outpatient evaluation and management of musculoskeletal and spine conditions

  • Development of non-operative treatment plans to restore function and reduce pain

  • Interventional procedures (e.g., spine injections, joint injections) supported by in-house imaging

  • Opportunity to incorporate EMG/NCS and other diagnostic services, if desired

  • Collaboration with orthopedic surgeons, physical therapists, and ancillary providers

Minimum Requirements:
  • MD or DO; completion of an accredited PM&R residency

  • Board-certified or board-eligible in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation

  • Fellowship training in Pain Medicine or Spine preferred (but not required)

  • Experience or interest in interventional MSK/spine procedures

  • Eligible for Virginia medical licensure
