Washingtonian Magazine's 2010 Top Doctor
Washingtonian Magazine polled over 1,300 local physicians, asking which fellow physician they would send their own family members to, in each of the 39 medical nominated specialties.
Dr. Peyton was named as one of Washingtonian Magazine's 2010 Top Doctors in Orthopedics and Sports Medicine. Congrats Dr. Peyton!

Nothern Virginia Magazine's 2011 Top Doctors
Northern Virgina Magazine polled 10 area hospitals, asking them to put together a panel of head doctors. Each panel was tasked with nominating doctors in all the specialties, using the internal tools they are privy to: internal evaluations, patient reviews, as well as overall quality of care.
Congratulations to Dr. Randall Peyton for being named Northern Virginia Magazine's Top Doctor for 2011 in Orthopaedics!

Certified Orthopaedic Manual Therapist
Congratulations to Physical Therapist, Tatiana Valentine, for recently becoming a Certified Orthopaedic Manual Therapist after successfully completing all required Maitland-Australian Physiotherapy Seminars and final exams.
Tatiana comments, "The Maitland Concept of Manual Therapy, known worldwide as the 'Maitland Approach', emphasizes a specific way of thinking and clinical reasoning to obtain a thorough understanding of a patient's condition. The treatment is based on continual reassessment of the patient's responses to a particular manual technique and is specific to each patient's needs."
Tatiana further comments, "I enjoy applying my new skills to each patient's individual treatment. I am amazed at the outstanding improvement and results when I use the Maitland Approach."
